Sir Darian's first quest as a fully fledged Telian Knight is to act as an emissary to the court of Innalas. Over the past few months an increasing number of troll attacks along the elvish kingdom's border has begun to concern King Ilfas. As soon as his request for council reached Lord Andor, Sir Darian was dispatched to offer what aid could. The young knight, as well as his companions, quickly discover that there's more to the situation than a number of random attacks. Along their journey they encounter trolls not only wearing armor and wielding arms, but that are also covered in runes protecting them from magical attacks. This leaves room for only one logical conclusion: Innalas is under assault from some unknown enemy.
